I've been a series regular on Netflix and a lead in an Oscar nominated film along side Angelina Jolie!!
I am starring in an upcoming Christmas movie on Hallmark this winter and just filmed a pilot for NBC this summer.

Soma Chhaya Bhatia is an American-Canadian actress and musician. She is most commonly known for her series regular role in the Netflix series Degrassi: Next Class and her supporting lead role in the Oscar nominated film, The Breadwinner (produced by Angelina Jolie). She has been working since the young age of 12 in TV and film and has trained across North America at Harvard, Lee Strasberg, New York Film Academy, Second City and has even taught workshops herself at Armstrong Acting Studios where Miley Cyrus trained.
Set to appear in the new NBC series The Irrational and recently starred as the leading role of Sofia in the UPtv holiday movie Christmas On The Slopes.
